The aperitivo-dinner is designed as a small journey through the flavours of our region.
You will find Venetian cured meats, local cheeses, fresh bread, crostini, vegetables, cicchetti and other specialities chosen according to the season and availability.
The selection can change precisely because I prefer to follow the region and what it has to offer at that time, rather than offering a menu that is always identical.
Everything is served in a simple and sociable way: dishes in the centre of the table, full glasses and time to spend together.
Simple ingredients, authentic flavours
I don't want to turn the pre-dinner drinks into a rigid menu.
The idea is rather to prepare a rich and informal table, where you can taste different products and share everything together, as often happens in Italian homes.
