It starts in the kitchen and ends at the table
The cooking class is not designed as a formal lesson, but as a convivial evening. You cook together, taste, chat, learn something new and at the end you sit down at the table to share the dinner prepared during the evening.
Hands-on
One of the most fun experiences is making fresh pasta starting from flour, eggs and a few ingredients.
We can make tagliatelle, fettuccine, ravioli or other preparations, learning together those small gestures that are part of Italian cooking.
Meanwhile, let us also begin preparing what will accompany the dinner: a sauce, a main course, a side dish, or the dessert that will bring the evening to a close.
From the kitchen to dessert
The menu can change according to the season, the group's tastes and available ingredients, but the evening always follows the same spirit: preparing something together and then sharing it.
Fresh pasta
Let's knead the dough, roll out the pasta and prepare one of the symbols of Italian cuisine together.
The rest of the menu
We can add a pasta sauce, a main course, vegetables or other recipes, building a different dinner depending on the season.
The dinner
When everything is ready, we leave the kitchen and sit down together to eat what we have prepared.
The dessert
The evening can end with an Italian traditional classic, such as tiramisu, prepared and then enjoyed together.
Not just fresh pasta
Pasta may be the heart of the cooking class, but it does not necessarily have to be the only star.
We can build a small Italian menu together: fresh pasta and its sauce, a main course, seasonal vegetables or a dessert like tiramisu.
In this way every evening can be different and also adapt to the time of year and the tastes of those taking part.
Now we'll sit down at the table
After cooking comes the time when everything we have prepared becomes a real Italian dinner.
A plate of freshly made pasta, bread in the middle of the table, a glass of wine and above all time to talk, laugh and be together.
This is where the cooking class stops being just about cooking and becomes a shared social experience.
And naturally, the tiramisu
An Italian evening deserves a fitting finale. Tiramisù can be one of the desserts prepared during the cooking class and enjoyed together at the end of the meal.
It is a final unhurried moment, when the kitchen is now behind us and all that remains is the pleasure of lingering around the table.
Because what I want to bring to life is not simply a recipe, but the Italian way of sharing food.
