Where is the bathroom?
A small surprise: the bathroom is hidden behind what looks like a bookcase. To open it, simply press the knob on the right side.
Automatic lighting
The living room lights turn on automatically at 8:00 PM and switch off at midnight, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere every evening.
Slippers
For your comfort and to help preserve the wooden floors, we kindly invite you to use the slippers provided.
Climate control
The temperature can be adjusted according to your preferences. During the summer, air conditioning is also available.
Where to store your clothes
The tassel indicates the wardrobe spaces and drawers reserved for you.

If you are staying as a couple, it indicates the room prepared for you: the most atmospheric one, featuring a canopy bed and views over the Brenta.
Waste sorting
Under the sink you will find bins for general waste and organic waste. Next to the dishwasher, you will find containers for glass, plastic, cans, and paper.

A 5-minute walk from the villa. Excellent for traditional Venetian dishes and also perfect for an outdoor aperitivo.

LA CASCINA — Cicchetti and Pasta
A 10-minute walk away. It’s a deli that also offers table service. Booking is highly recommended to avoid waiting too long for a table. Great for typical Venetian cicchetti (meatballs, mozzarella in carrozza) and pasta (they also serve Roman specialties like carbonara, amatriciana, and gricia).

Venice is magical at sunset, but the real magic begins when you step away from the crowded tourist paths.
Many places can feel inauthentic and unnecessarily expensive. Instead, we suggest embracing the tradition of the Bacaro Toura glass of wine and small Venetian bites (cicchetti), enjoyed standing among the narrow streets and canals.

How to get to Venice
From Villa Venezia, you can choose from three different options: the panoramic bus along the Brenta Riviera, the train from Dolo station, or a car journey to the Tronchetto car park.

Venice by bus
The most scenic route, without the need to use a car.
The 53E bus route follows the historic road along the Brenta,
passing numerous Venetian Villas.
After Marghera, cross the Ponte della Libertà,
with a splendid view of the lagoon.
Departure from the main stop in Dolo Centre.
I arrive at Piazzale Roma, Venice's car terminal.
The races are frequent, but the schedules can vary between weekdays, holidays, and times of the year.
Tickets can be purchased at local tobacconists or via the AVM Venezia app.
Host tip:
During the journey to Venice, try to sit on the right-hand side of the bus to better enjoy the view of the Venetian Villas.
🌙 Returning to Dolo after dinner
The last regular services depart from Piazzale Roma late in the evening.
During the night, the N53 line may be available,
with a reduced frequency.
Before staying in Venice until late, always check the updated departure time for your return journey.
Venice by car + train
Generally the quickest way to get to the centre of Venice.
The Dolo train station is reached from the Villa in about 5 minutes by car.
You can leave the car near the station and continue by regional train.
The direct connection to Venice Santa Lucia generally lasts about 29–35 minutes.
Venezia Santa Lucia is located right in the historic centre: no buses or further transfers are required.
Connections are frequent throughout the day, but may vary on public holidays.
Tickets can be purchased through Trenitalia, online, via the app or at available sales points.
Host tip:
The train is particularly convenient for a day trip, as it arrives directly on the Grand Canal and allows you to avoid traffic on the Liberty Bridge.
Venice by car
A flexible solution, particularly convenient for families and groups.
Cross the Liberty Bridge and follow the signs for the Tronchetto car park.
The journey from the Villa takes approximately 35–45 minutes, depending on traffic.
Il Tronchetto has a large covered car park, open 24 hours a day.
Indicative rates: €6 up to one hour, €12 up to two hours and €29 up to 24 hours.
From Tronchetto, you can reach Piazzale Roma with the People Mover.
The People Mover ticket costs approximately £1.50 for a single journey.
Host tip:
For groups of four or five people.
Reach Padua
Padua is easily reachable by both bus and train.
Take the 53E line towards Padova, from the stop on the church side.
Alternatively, regional trains depart from Dolo station towards Padua.
The journey is approximately 15 minutes by train and about 30–40 minutes by bus.
Ideal solution for visiting the Scrovegni Chapel,
the squares and the historic centre.
